This 25 acre site was acquired as raw land and after obtaining the necessary entitlements from the City of San Rafael, the project was developed into a 26,000 square foot office building and a 5,000 square foot retail building. Prior to starting construction, the office building was 100% pre-leased to Fair Isaac, a software company as their corporate headquarters. Although Fair Isaac is no longer the tenant, the building has had a remarkable occupancy history never having suffered a day of vacancy in the buildings 20+ year history. It is currently on a long term lease to Kaiser Permanente, serving as their regional outpatient behavioral health services hub. The retail space is leased to three long standing tenants who service the local business and residential community.
